Almost anything - from your outdoor toys, like ATV's, RV's and boats, to document storage or boxes. Our fully enclosed units may also serve as a base for small company operations or store your vintage car and collectables all in one unit.

  • Where is Dove Valley Outdoor Storage located?

Our facility is at 14200 East Otero Avenue, which is .8 miles south of the Denver Bronco Headquarters in Dove Valley and one block due east of Potomac Street. We are immediately east of the East/West runway at Centennial Airport. We have excellent access from I-25 & E-470

 

  • You say I can save thousands of dollars over renting. Can you show me?

We'd be happy to sit down with you and show you exactly how much you could save based on the type of storage you require.

 

  • Can we rent if we want to, or can we only purchase a space?

Yes, renting is an available option.

 

  • Is there an Owners Association and what is its role?

Yes. The primary role of the Owners Association (OA) is to manage, govern, and enforce the Protective Covenants and Rules and Regulations of the property.

 

Can I resell or rent my owned space?

Yes. You enjoy all rights of conventional real estate ownership.

 

  • May I operate a business out of my space or unit?

Yes, provided your business operation is compliant with the general Rules and Regulations and the overlying Covenants and Restrictions.

 

  • As a Tenant, am I afforded the same amenities as the Owners?

Yes, absolutely, as per the standard features of your space.

 

  • What is special about the Dove Valley Outdoor Storage security system?

First and foremost, our planning. Most of our competition have little or no security systems; or at the very most, a controlled access gate. We have ALL of the following:

 

A thoroughly engineered and lighted all-night/overnight storage compound.

 

The use of a microchip encrypted access card system which permits the automatic operation of the access control gates when engaged by the customer. It eliminates the inconvienence of dealing with keypads or card keys and you no longer have to worry about forgetting your code or someone else obtaining illegal access to the facility. This system also empowers the security monitoring company with complete control (when needed) over who goes in and out. (This technology is similar to the one currently used on the E-470 Express Toll)

 

An elaborate, fail-safe sensor-protected and 24 hour motion sensitive, 12x zoom, 31 fixed-mounted camera intruder alert perimeter fence system. If the perimeter security fence is approached too closely, cut or compromised in any way, this system will automatically alert the manager and monitoring company who will first "zoom in" on the potential intruder (day or night, 24/7), then activate an elaborate speaker system to warn and inform the potential intruder to move away or, if necessary, call 911 to report the violation. Security enforcement assistance from the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office is less than a mile away.

 

24/7- monitored and CPU-controlled access. Unrestricted but monitored access is permitted within normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Saturday) and after hours restricted access ( 5 p.m. to 8 a.m., evenings and Sundays) only through the monitoring company and a password protected validation procedure.

 

We have protective covenants, rules, regulations, security policies and procedures for the protection of your investments.

 

  • What are the site utilities and services?

General area lighting, vacuums, trash collection and sewer and water to support the dump station service area. We also have on-site restrooms.

 

  • Did you say DUMP STATION?

Yes. If you're an RV-er, you can travel to and from your destination without having to stop and look for a sewage disposal station. This service will be available on a first come first served basis at a nominal per use service charge, competitively priced with other area dump stations. All vacuums are coin operated and trash dumpsters are monitoring and regulated, by covenant, so the privilege is not abused.
